RV Incident Pro
Benefits
Rip, Tear, Burn & Stain
Covers the repair of interior fabric, leather or vinyl on seating surfaces if they are accidentally ripped, torn or burned. Also covers cleaning of stains on the seating surfaces. Up to $300 per occurrence.
Key Fob
Covers the replacement of key/remote if they are lost, stolen or destroyed. Maximum $900 per year. Also covers 1 battery replacement. For your protection, all key(s)/remote(s) that are reported for replacement must be deprogrammed by the selling dealer prior to being replaced.
Tire & Rim Road Hazard Protection with Cosmetic Alloy Rim Repair
Covers the repair or replacement of tires or rims damaged due to a road hazard.
ADDITIONAL COVERAGES:
Valve stem, mounting and tire balancing. Towing/Road service charges up to a maximum of $100, and food and lodging up to $50 a day for a maximum of 3 days if the damage occurs 400km from your permanent residence. $50 towards customer’s primary vehicle insurance deductible should damage be cause by impact with the curb.
COSMETIC ALLOY RIM REPAIR:
Covers the cost of cosmetic repairs for alloy rims. Maximum $200 per occurrence and 4 repairs per plan. Covers the cost of a vehicle rental during the period of loss of use, maximum daily limit of $50 for up to 3 days or shipping costs if the covered rim must be shipped. Total payable is a combined amount of $150 for vehicle rental and/or shipping costs for an approved claim.
Awning Arms & Fabric
Covers the repair of awning arms and associated fabric (including slide toppers) if they are damaged or not working as intended. Up to $1500 per repair, maximum 2 repairs per plan.
Roof Vents
Covers the repair or replacement of roof top vents, skylights and sewers that are damaged or not working as intended. Up to $1500 per plan. Includes fan assembly, vent cover & vent screen.
Exterior Light Repair
Covers the repair or replacement of damaged exterior lights due to an impact with a road hazard. Up to $1000 per plan. Include headlights, taillights, fog lights and marker lights.
Exterior Decals
Covers cracking or peeling on original OEM exterior vinyl decals. Maximum $1000 per plan.
LED Lights
Covers the replacement of LED lights that are permanently burned out. Maximum $500 per plan.
Battery
Covers the replacement of your unit battery if it dies and no longer holds a charge. Maximum $800 and 2 claims per plan.
Towing
Covers 2 reimbursements up to $100 per tow if Your unit must be towed to perform covered services under this Plan.
Rental
Covers car rental up to 3 days at $50 per day when a covered repair takes longer that 1 day to complete.
Exclusions
Rip, Tear, Burn & Stains: Interior headliners, fabric floor mats, trunk liner, any carpeted floors or other carpeted areas. Damages caused by material or manufacturing defect. Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect. Damage caused by acid, dyes, bleaches or corrosives. Damage caused by smoke or fire.
Tire & Rim with Road Hazard Protection: Damaged tire or rim where the depth of the tire tread is less than 3/32 from the treadwear indicator. Any damage caused by off road use, street racing, wheel spinning or use on a construction site. Tires with a manufacturer date of over 6 years old. Any costs associated with wheel alignment, tire rotation or repair/replacement of TPMS.
Cosmetic Alloy Rim Repair Road Hazard Protection: Any cosmetic Alloy Rim damage that cannot be repaired, or any damage to chrome rims or rims with chrome simulation.
Awning Arms & Fabric: Repairs made without our prior authorization. Electrical motor, mechanical motor, rolling mechanism or anything to do with awning retracting or going out. Damage caused by abuse or neglect. Cosmetic damage of any kind.
Roof Vents: Repairs made without our prior authorization. Any mechanical or electrical component. Cosmetic damage of any kind.
Exterior Light Repair: Repairs made without our prior authorization. Light bulb replacement if it is the only issue. Cosmetic damage of any kind.
Exterior Decals: Repairs made without our prior authorization. Decals installed after the purchase of your unit. Sun-faded, worn or scratched decals. Cosmetic damage of any kind.
LED Lights: Repairs made without our prior authorization. Cosmetic damage of any kind.
Battery: Repairs made without our prior authorization.
Towing: Repairs made without our prior authorization. Towing for any other reason outside of a covered repair under this plan.
Rental: Repairs made without our prior authorization. Rentals for any other reason outside of a covered repair under this plan.

Benefits
Dent & Ding
Covers the repair of up to 4 dents per repair visit using the PDR process. If there are multiple dent repairs during the same repair visit, each additional PDR repair beyond the first PDR repair will be at a discounted rate.
All Exterior Windshields
Covers the repair cost of minor chips and cracks to all windshields (including sunroof) using the Windshield Repair process. The damage will only be covered if it is as a result of an impact from a propelled rock or other road hazard.
WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT DEDUCTIBLE:
Maximum $500 insurance deductible if a claim is submitted for the replacement of the windshield through the customer’s primary insurance company. Damage must be caused by a valid road hazard.
Exterior Scratches
Covers the repair of minor scratches (up to 30cm long) and minor chips (1.5 cm) to the exterior painted surfaces. Maximum $1000 repair coverage per plan.
Exclusions
Dent & Ding: Large or deep dents or dings that exceed 2 inches in diameter. Any damage that cannot be repaired by the PDR process or dents and dings where the paint has been damaged. Repairs to any dent or ding that, if repaired, could damage the unit’s paint or finish. Bumpers.
All Exterior Windshields: Any weather related damage. Any cosmetic defects that might remain or occur as a result of the Windshield Repair Process. Costs related to window tinting or any other costs for replacement other than the reimbursement of the insurance deductible.
Exterior Scratches: Repairs made without our prior authorization. Any scratches in excess of 30 centimeters in diameter or any chips that exceed 1.5 centimeters. Repairs to bumpers. Any repair that, if performed, could in any way damage your unit’s paint or finish.
